By using the websites kragiopoulos.gr and shop.kragiopoulos.gr (collectively the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop accessing or using the Site immediately.

   The Site is operated by Kragiopoulos Group, a company based in Pieria, Greece. The Site provides:

   • On shop.kragiopoulos.gr: an online shop offering products connected with renewable energy systems and accessories.

   • Delivery schedules will be estimated and are not guaranteed.
   • Returns and cancellations are governed by your statutory rights under applicable Greek and EU law and by any additional policy displayed on the Site.
   • Any promotional or custom-made items may be subject to different terms (documented on the Site).
